Café Cardé, a wholy-owned subsidiary of Chez Cardé, strives to provide Chris's guests with gourmet espresso drinks. Some coffee traditionalists have accused us in the past of making "frou-frou" drinks, but we stand by our conviction that the caffeine is best enjoyed with lots of sugar and chocolate.
Central to Café Cardé's quality is the equipment: a Macap M4 Doser grinder, and an Andreja Premium espresso machine.
What's brewing at Café Cardé this week? Current favorites are Peet's Espresso Forte and Intelligentsia's Black Cat. Check back often, as blends rotate frequently!
The drink line-up has been shifting as of late back to a more traditional (and less sweet) mix. Favorites include:
